Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Glenview, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of work will include boiler replacement, flooring replacement, and interior painting work. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder must furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond in the full amount of the bid. As canned copy of the bid bond must be included in the pdf file submission. The original bid bond must be mailed to the Village Hall, 2500 East Lake Avenue, Glenview, IL 60025 attention Purchasing Manager. The Village recommends using certified or priority mail options in order to have a tracking number. The Village of Glenview reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the Village.
