Site work and renovation of a civil project in Camarillo, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as required by the Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work include installing and removal of scaffolding for interior construction work, replacement and installation of OFCI plug and knife gate valves, replacement and installation of ten skid mounted pump and motor assemblies, surface preparation and coating of the digester exterior roof, and portions of the interior surface wall and roof/beam assembly, replacement of the center column piping and interior piping replacement of interior mixing nozzle assemblies, painting of exterior piping and valve assemblies and installation of a replacement roof perimeter guardrail assembly, per specifications.
