Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the inscription "Rues Blais, Albert, Dorval et du Relais - Reconstruction of the paved road" and the bidder must be clearly identified. To be considered, any tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee as described in article IV-1.1 of the "Notice to tenderers" of standard BNQ 1809-900 / 2019. The tender, the guarantee to accompany it as well as all other documents to be provided will be deemed valid for a period of 120 days . The tenderer must take this obligation into account when having others complete the documents in question. Only bonds issued by companies holding an insurer license in Canada will be accepted under the terms of the tender document.
