Reference number : 1478123 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-04-26 The Municipality of Ascot Corner is requesting bids for the work described above. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the inscription "Rues Blais, Albert, Dorval et du Relais - Reconstruction of the paved road" and the bidder must be clearly identified. To be considered, any tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee as described in article IV-1.1 of the "Notice to tenderers" of standard BNQ 1809-900 / 2019. The tender, the guarantee to accompany it as well as all other documents to be provided will be deemed valid for a period of 120 days . The tenderer must take this obligation into account when having others complete the documents in question. Only bonds issued by companies holding an insurer license in Canada will be accepted under the terms of the tender document. Only tenders presented by contractors who have ordered the tender documents under the same name as that under which they tender will be considered. For the purposes of awarding the contract, only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement is applicable, in a province or territory covered by this agreement, are considered. Contractors must hold the license required under the Building Act (LRQ cB-1.1). The deadline for receiving complaints and questions is 11 am, April 26, 2021. The person designated to receive complaints and questions is Mr. Jonathan Piché, Director General of the Municipality of Ascot Corner. The Municipality of Ascot Corner undertakes to retain neither the lowest nor any of the tenders presented. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. Award with conditions. Pending authorizations from the ministry.
