The Issaquah School District is soliciting bids to construct a renovated press box, ADA access ramp and stairs, and perform renovations on a small number of existing bleacher seats. The project, is located at 700 2nd Ave SE, Issaquah, WA 98027. A one hundred percent (100%) contractor's Performance and Payment Bond; a Public Works Contract (Modified AIA. Form A.101. or other form supplied by Owner); and Certificate(s) and Endorsement(s) of Issuance per Article II of the General Conditions are required before award is final. The architect's estimate for this project, is $1,100,000.00. The Issaquah School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. The is reserved by the Issaquah School District to postpone con-tract award for the period, of thir-ty (30) days after the bid opening. The Issaquah School District is an Equal Opportunity Employer. No bidder may withdraw the bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless said award. is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days.
