Renovation of a medical facility in Water Valley, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

For questions related to the contract documents contact Hardy and Associates, PLLC at 228-215-1851. A charge of $75.00 shall be made for each additional set. Local Plan Room will be issued one (1) set free of charge and are to not be copied or distributed to members. No partial sets of drawings or project manuals will be issued. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in an amount equal to 5% of the bid, payable to Yalobusha General Hospital and Nursing Home as bid security. A Payment and Performance Bond and Builders Risk Insurance in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price shall be required of the successful bidder. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest, best and acceptable bidder, except that Yalobusha General Hospital and Nursing Home reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and to reject any and all bids. The Project consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 36,000 sq. ft. of the existing roof on the existing nursing home as shown on the Contract Documents, dated April 12, 2021. Contractors are required to visit the site prior to bidding to become familiar with and aware of existing conditions. If the contractor fails to visit the site, they will not be relieved of performing work that he or she is not aware exists. Complete the Work in _____60_______ calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
