Renovation of a municipal facility in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
A contract was awarded to Rough Hands Construction LLC of Arkansas in the amount of $47,110 Provide labor and materials to re-install the brick masonry units and stone lintels / sills on the south and east façade and clean / tuck point all existing brick masonry units at the John Lee Webb House, 403 Pleasant Street, Hot Springs Arkansas, 71901 Any questions that you may have about this bid are to be submitted to the Project Architect (501) 952-5594 or kwendeche@sbcglobal.net. Questions must be submitted prior to one week before the bid opening date shown. The Owner encourages participation from SBA and MBE/DBE/WBE vendors. The Owner reserves the right to accept part or all of any specific bid (s). The Owner reserves the right to accept part or all of any specific bid (s). The Owner further reserves the right to reject all bids or part of any specific bid. The laws of the State of Arkansas will be adhered to for bonding requirements. Bids over $20,000 must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a cashiers check only, (relative to other kinds of checks) drawn upon a bank or trust company doing business in Arkansas or a corporate bid bond and must be in the amount of five (5%) of the bid amount. All contracts exceeding $20,000 must have a payment / performance bond
