Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Huntersville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of 7/12/2021 project was already awarded for $308,013.09. Sealed, single prime bids for the construction of approximately 6,600-sf of hardscape trailhead for Phase 1 of the Downtown Huntersville greenway, associated site furnishings and landscaping, and approximately 7,500-sf of asphalt parking expansion adjacent to the trailhead. Work shall also include associated grading, erosion control, and installation of storm water conveyance measures. Bids shall also include an alternate for paving of approximately 2,340-lf of asphalt greenway. Each Bid must be accompanied by cash, cashier's check, certified check on a bank or trust company insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, or Bid Bond in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. If awarded, the Project will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder, taking into account quality, performance and time specified in the Contract Documents. The lowest, responsive, responsible bid will be determined based upon the lowest cost to the Town. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities in the Bid Proposal and to reject any or all Bid Proposals.
