The Project consists of the Replacement of exterior finishes and canopies and some miscellaneous repairs. of Carlinville Site 47-9 and Staunton Site 47-3 & 47-12 Illinois; consisting of the following outline scope: 1. Staunton Site 47-3: Reconstruct canopies at 4 2-story buildings including framing, metal roofing, sealants and flashing, replace existing siding with new vinyl siding 2. Staunton Site 47-12: Perform miscellaa1) Remove existing roof materials and metal flashing to wood deck and dispose 2) Supply and install Ice & water Sheild membrane 36'' along the eves and in the valleys 3) Supply and install systhetic underlayment over remaining roof surfaces(Rhino/simplex FT) 4) Supply and install prefininshed 30 gauge metal drip edge along eaves edges 5) Supply and install prefininshed 30 gague valley metal 6) Supply and install laminated 30 yr limited lifetime warranty shingle (IKO Cambridge with High definition Ultra Hip and ridge) 7) Supply and install new roof vents as needed 8) General Contractor to ensure roofing sub-trade is ARCA Certified 9) Supply and install new down spouts (existing eaves to remain) 10) Complete a full area cleaning prior to turn over 11) Project will be phased to ensure no impact to residents 12) Construction schedule to be issued with tender pacakage 13) 10 % Bid Bond of the contract price required as part of the bid submission, labour & Materials 50% required 15 days after award.neous repairs of overhanging wood beams 3.
