Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Downey, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work to be performed under this Contract generally consists of mechanical cleaning with nylon brush, initial redevelopment by pumping and surging, sediment removal, casing patch installation, post-rehabilitation well testing, spinner survey and sampling, new motor, new bowl assembly, new sections of column pipe, and refurbished discharge head and packing box, traffic control; and all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and appurtenant work thereto necessary for the proper construction of the contemplated improvements, in accordance these Specifications entitled Capital Improvement Project No. 21-23. Liquidated Damages - $500 per calendar day
