The City is looking to improve the envelope and ventilation within 200 Church Street with the replacement of all of its windows. All questions are due April 23rd, 2021 by 2PM Responses posted April 26th, 2021 by 5PM SCOPE OF WORK The City is looking in general for the following tasks to be included in the proposal's scope of work: 1) 21 premium double hung windows with an overall size of 38" x 66" 2) 8 premium double hung windows with an overall unit size of 38" x 58 3) 1 stairwell-tempered glass with an overall unit size of 38" x 66" 4) Frame color = Bronze and Interior Finish = White 5) Removal and recycling of existing windows 6) Dual insulated, Low-E - highest efficiency possible - provide alternatives for improvement 7) Full screen provided 8) Installation, caulking, stops as needed and sealing of windows
