Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wood Village, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Install Trailhead, parking area, and footpaths. Construct two (2) stone and masonry entry columns. Install entry gate provided by the City and placement of perimeter boulders (City provided). This bid package is a re-issue of the request for proposals for the Hawthorne Trailhead Project posted in April 2021. The project scope has been amended to exclude the nature play area, plantings, and irrigation described under phases 2 & 3 of the previous bid set.
