Site work and paving for a road / highway in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The estimated cost of construction is between $7,000,000.00 and $8,000,000.00. To be eligible for award, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering "A" license prior to the award of the contract. ALL requests for information shall be received in writing via HIePRO no less than 14 calendar days before bid opening. Questions received after the deadline will not be addressed. Verbal requests for information will not receive a response. Anything said at the conference is for clarification purposes and any changes to the bid documents will be made by addendum and posted in HIePRO.
