As of June 4 the project was awarded to H & K Excavating LLC for $45,502.37. Questions about this IFB should be directed to: Department Contact: Anna Crandall, Senior Civil Engineer at crandalla@kalamazoocity.org The City reserves the right to postpone the bid opening for its own convenience. Work shall start within 10 working days after receipt of notification by Contractor of Notice to Proceed, and final completion shall be October 1, 2021. Effective immediately and continuing until further notice, due to the COVID-19 virus the City of Kalamazoo may no longer be accepting sealed bids in-person or conducting public bid openings. Questions regarding this sealed bid delivery and bid opening policy change related to the COVID19 virus should be directed to the City of Kalamazoo at (269) 337-8020.
