Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Description of Work: The Work includes, but is not limited to: Install catch basin inlet protection; sawcut and remove of existing asphalt pavement, concrete walkways and ramps; remove and salvage of existing wheel stops; remove and salvage existing metal ramps to portable classrooms; remove existing ADA parking signs; stripe grind existing asphalt and concrete pavement; re-grade areas where asphalt and concrete was removed, including installation of new base course material; install new asphalt pavement, concrete walkways and ADA ramps to the dimensions and grades indicated on the plans; install new ADA parking and crosswalk signs; clean and seal cracks and joints in asphalt pavement; apply seal coat on asphalt pavement; apply painted parking stall striping, ADA symbols, block out striping, crosswalks, directional arrows, curb paint and stenciled lettering; install salvaged wheel stops and metal ramps; clean site, remove catch basin inlet protection, and construction fencing. Right to Reject: The Owner reserves the right to accept the lowest or any other Bid, the right to reject any or all Bids, and the right to waive any irregularities in any Bid. Withdraw of Bid: No Bid may be withdrawn, except with the express permission of the Owner, after the time set for the opening thereof, unless the award of Contract is delayed for a period exceeding 45 days.
