Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Description of Work: The Work includes, but is not limited to: Install catch basin inlet protection; sawcut and remove of existing asphalt pavement, concrete curbs, and walkways for storm drain trenching, ADA parking and pedestrian access; remove existing ADA parking signs; stripe grind existing asphalt and concrete pavement; re-grade ADA parking areas and walkways where asphalt was removed, including installation of new base course material; install new catch basins and storm drain piping; connect to existing catch basin; install new asphalt pavement, concrete walkways and curbs to the dimensions and grades indicated on the plans; install new ADA parking signs; clean and seal cracks and joints in asphalt pavement; apply seal coat on asphalt pavement; apply painted parking stall striping, ADA symbols, block out striping, crosswalks, directional arrows, and curb paint; clean site, remove catch basin inlet protection, and construction fencing. Bid Documents Return: Deposits will be returned to Bidders upon return of the Bid Documents to ARC in good condition within 10 days following Bid Opening. Right to Reject: The Owner reserves the right to accept the lowest or any other Bid, the right to reject any or all Bids, and the right to waive any irregularities in any Bid. Withdraw of Bid: No Bid may be withdrawn, except with the express permission of the Owner, after the time set for the opening thereof, unless the award of Contract is delayed for a period exceeding 45 days.
