Renovation of a mixed-use development in Delta, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Vinyl Flooring Replacement- Annacis Island Office Building: Replacement of vinyl flooring and rubber base in the corridors, electrical rooms, lan rooms and the machine rooms. Scope of work is to cover common area's only as the tenant is currently doing a full refit of their space. ATSSC Office Carpet Replacement and Painting- Library Square Tower: The scope of work for this project is to replace the existing carpet and rubber base in meeting rooms, hearing rooms, adjoining closets and office space in the ATSSC space on the 5th floor of Library Square. New resilient flooring and base to be installed in the kitchen and business centre. Carpet has been pre-purchased and is being held in storage. The scope of work also includes a Paint refresh of all areas using zero VOC paint. New paint to address Lean Forward Initiative (where applicable). Delivery Point Annacis Island Office Building - 100 Annacis Parkway, Delta, BC; Library Square Tower - 300 W. Georgia St., Vancouver, BC. TIMELINE: Request for proposal from design consultant services is closed; preferred proponent is selected. If/when project may proceed is undetermined at this time. Coverage is discontinued at this time.
