Summary of the project and the work to be carried out: Complete repair of the masonry of the Pavilion of the Faculty of Planning. Included, but not limited to, complete replacement of exposed brick, replacement of steel lintels, reinstallation or replacement of decorative stone features, repointing of stone, sealing of Darlington driveways, replacement of a staircase, the repair of roofs and the demolition and repair of balconies. For details, please refer to the plans and specifications attached to the bid solicitation documents. Work schedule: The Contractor undertakes to take all the necessary measures in order to respect the schedule foreseen to start the work on or around 2022-03-01 allowing the issuance of the final Acceptance Certificate no later than: 2023-11 -31. Late penalties: $ 4,000 per day late
