Bid guarantee Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, a bank draft, a bid bond or an irrevocable letter of guarantee, depending on the validity indicated in the call for tenders document, of an equivalent amount. at 10% of the amount of the tender including taxes. The City of Roberval does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any costs of any kind towards the tenderer (s). The award of the contract is conditional on the acceptance of the loan by-law as indicated in the call for tenders document. Email and fax submissions will not be accepted. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 10% is required. award is subject to final approval.
