Demolition and renovation of a laboratory facility in Oakdale, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,917-square-foot laboratory facility; and for the demolition of a laboratory facility.
**As of June 16, 2021, the project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed and construction start date is on July 12, 2021.** The Eastern Suffolk Board of Cooperative Educational Services reserves the right to reject any or all, or to accept part of any bid. Bids shall be subject, however, to the discretionary right reserved by the Suffolk Board of Cooperative Educational Services to waive any informalities, accept or reject any alternatives, reject any proposals and to advertise for new proposals, if in its opinion the best interest of the Agency will thereby be promoted. No bidder shall withdraw his or her bid within forty-five (45) days after the formal opening thereof. A bidder may withdraw his or her bid only in writing and prior to the bid opening date. Each bidder must deposit with his or her bid, a "Bid Bond" in an amount not less than 10% of the bid.
