This specification shall be used for surface preparation and re-coating of one (1) 1,500,000-gallon elevated storage tanks in Bossier City. The Airline Drive Water Tank is located at 1200 Airline Drive, City of Bossier City The Tank Industry Consultants report indicates high chromium/lead concentrations in the exterior column, please see Page 4 of the report. In addition to the requirements stated herein the Contractor shall also comply with the State of Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality requirements for air quality, solid wastes, particularly those requirements published in the Louisiana Code, Title 33, Volumes 11, 12 and 13
