The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and renovation of the building within a playground/park/athletic field. The value listed here is based off an office renovation. As of April 7, 2023, a general contractor has not been selected. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. JC Stoddard Construction would like to invite you to participate in bidding the Rehabilitation of the Kusch House in Hemisfair Park to include: lead paint removal, select demolition, site grading, install salvaged pavers, crawl space vapor barrier, excavation and concrete retaining wall, sump pump, stone repointing, stone wall infill, precast chimney caps, steel handrail, wood trim and window repair, balcony construction, wood shutter and hardware repair, wood porch steps and ballustrade, wood framed stair, fiber cement skirting, fluid applied waterproofing, insulation, flashing, gutters, downspouts, splash blocks, plaster, new wood and HM doors, repair existing doors, hardware, wood floor repair, painting, Keim coatings, louvered metal grille, transformer relocation, relocate panel and meter, demo electrical conduit and wiring.
