Site work for a recreation facility in Kenner, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a recreation facility.
To provide labor and materials to remove and haul away existing doors and frames and install new doors and frames at Various Westbank Recreation Department Sites A bid surety bond must be submitted with your bid in the amount of 5% of your total bid. Vendor must submit an electronic bid bond through the respective online clearinghouse bond management system as indicated in the electronic bid solicitation on Central Auction House. No scanned paper copies of any bid bond will be accepted as part of the electronic bid submission. A Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the total contract amount will be required. Performance bond shall be produced upon contract execution. Payment Bond: A Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the total contract amount will be required. Payment bond shall be produced upon contract execution. License and Bonds: A Louisiana State Contractor License is required: Building Construction Louisiana State Contractors License number shall be on the outside of the bid envelope. The license number must be entered in the appropriate field in the Electronic Procurement System. Failure to comply will cause the bid to be rejected.
