Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Fulshear, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Construction of Lift Station, reinforced concrete wet well, wet well lining, submersible pumps, hatches, piping, fittings, valves, coatings, force main, sanitary sewer, excavation and disposal, paving, drainage, fencing, electrical, controls and appurtenances. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids The project consists of the design and construction of a new lift station for the Cross Creek WestDevelopment, located near the future Fulshear Bend Drive near Jordan Road and Igloo Road in Fulshear, Texas. We understand the new lift station will be about 12 feet in diameter and about 33 feet deep and will be installed using the sinking caisson method.The site is located southeast of the intersection of the future Fulshear Bend Drive and Jordan Road in Fulshear, Texas. The site is bounded to the north, east, south, and west by grass-covered, undeveloped land. At the time of our fieldwork, the site was generally vegetated with grass and brush.
