The tenders must be presented in a sealed envelope bearing the inscription "3 e and 7 e Avenue - Réfection des services municipaux" and the tenderer must be clearly identified. To be considered, any tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee as described in article IV-1.1 of the "Notice to tenderers" of standard BNQ 1809-900 / 2019. The tender, the guarantee to accompany it as well as all the other documents to be provided will be considered valid for a period of 60 days .
