Under the Policy for managing complaints in the context of the awarding of a contract available on the City's website under the tab http://www.shawinigan.ca/Affaires/Appels-d-offres , the deadline for receipt of complaints is May 3, 2021. Only qualified bidders, under the City of Shawinigan's Qualification Policy for the Awarding of Construction Contracts, at the time of contract award will be considered by council. The City of Shawinigan does not undertake to accept the lowest of the tenders or any of the tenders received and assumes no obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer (s). Bid bond 10% is required. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
