Renovation of a municipal facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
*Construction is complete. This RFP is open to all interested vendors. The scope of this contract includes preventative maintenance and repair of various mechanical, and plumbing systems and devices for facility management. This work includes but is not limited to; HVAC - Air Handling Units, Furnaces, Make Up Air Units, Heat Recovery Units, Roof Top Units, Humidifiers, Air Conditioning Units, Fan Coils, VAV and Fans, Radiant Heating, Infrared Heaters, Cabinet Unit Heaters, Filter Replacement. Plumbing - Backflow Preventers, Valves, Pumps & Motors, Storage Tank, Expansion Tanks, Cisterns, Grey Water Systems, Sump Pit Mechanical Systems, Water Softeners, Domestic Hot Water Heaters, Water Features, Steam Generators. The City intends to enter into one (1) Agreements for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement will be for an initial term of two (2) years and may be renewed a total of four (4) times for a period of one (1) year each time for a total term not to exceed six (6) years. The Agreement will not include a POC.
