Site work and renovation of a civil project in Junction City, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 15,500-square-foot, two-story above grade water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing process, structural, architectural, electrical and SCADA improvements at the City Water Treatment Plant and two water tower sites. Bid will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a Lump Sum basis Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All contracts and subcontracts exceeding $100,000, at any tier under a KPWSLF Loan Agreement shall comply with the Anti-Lobbying Act, Section 319 of Public Law 101-121, and file an Anti-Lobby Certification form, and the Disclosure of Lobbying Activities form, if required, to the next tier above. The City of Junction City, Kansas, reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject Bids. The Work will be substantially completed within 410 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 455 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run Last day for questions will be Thursday May 20, 2021 by 4:00 PM CST. i.
