The City of Cleveland is soliciting proposals from ODOT prequalified Consultants to provide professional design services necessary to prepare plans, specifications and estimate to rehabilitate East 140th from St Clair to Lakeshore. The basic work will consist of asphalt resurfacing, base removal and replacement, pavement narrowing, new sidewalks, curbs, ADA compliant curb ramps and landings, and new driveway aprons, roadway drainage, water work, traffic control, environmental services, and streetscape. A proposal meeting will not be held. Written questions will be received until May 4, 2021 at noon. The proposal will be due by 12:00pm on May 19, 2021.
