No bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the Bid Date. The Bidder shall guarantee the total bid price for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the Bid Date. In accordance with Labor Code 1771, the Owner hereby advises all bidders that: 1. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under California Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. 2. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Bidders shall develop and submit bids at their own expense.
