Removal and disposal of existing membrane roof material on multiple small roof sections. See roof plan attached labeled Exhibit A. Roofs needing replacement are highlighted. Roof sections are approximately 1,000 square feet. Replacement of membrane roofing with a 60 mil TPO including all structural decking as needed, vapor barrier, felt and membrane, flashing, caulking, cap and all other items required for commercial roof replacement. See roof plan attached labeled Exhibit A. Any insulation replacement shall be determined by unit price. Minimum 12-year warranty. Replacement of damaged insulation as needed only on a unit price basis. Price per Square foot shall include removal of all damaged insulation, disposal and installation of new insulation. Square footage of potential replaced insulation shall be determined during demolition and sent to the Port in a construction/demolition report. Furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for complete roofing replacement. Roof access by ladder only. 3 roofs are 1-story and one roof is 1.5-story. All permitting through the City of Pullman. No bid bond will be required. Payment and performance bond of 25% will be required for this project.
