As of 8/24/21, the owner has determined a prequalified list of General Contractors. A timeline for the request for Proposals has not yet been released. Contractor shall replace metal and membrane roofing, including corroded gutters, underlayment, and accessories for the satisfactory refurbishment of existing roofs to Mesa Arts Building, and Social Sciences Pods A and B. UCI reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this notice, to waive non-material irregularities, and to deem Contractors prequalified for the project. To prequalify, Contractors must agree to comply with all conditions including state prevailing wages, 10% bid bond, 100% payment and performance bonds, and insurance requirements.
