The City of Greenland, Arkansas is soliciting engineering services for a wastewater system rehabilitation project to make improvements to the city's existing lift station and associated force main that conveys wastewater to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas. The project will be partially funded by the Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund (CWRLF) program. The engineering services will be in accordance with the Arkansas Department of Agriculture Natural Resource Division's requirements for the CWRLF program and will consist of, but not be limited to the following: 1.Preparation of an Environmental Information Document, a Facility Plan and/or Cost Effective Analysis; 2.Designing and preparing plans, specifications, and contract documents for the construction of the wastewater system improvements; 3.Preparation and implementation of an Operation and Maintenance Manual. Interested firms will be required to submit two (2) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy (pdf) of the Proposal (maximum 25 printed pages) for the wastewater system rehabilitation project that includes: 1.Identification of the legal name, office locations(s), and principal owner(s) or partner(s) of the firm; 2.A statement of the proposer's understanding of the project and the requirements of the CWRLF program; 3.A list identifying the location, owner, cost, brief descriptions, and description of work which is comparative in nature to the project considered under this Proposal; 4.A resume of the qualifications and experience of each member of the proposer's staff and any other technical consultants who may be employed for this project. Procedures for selection of a firm will be in accordance with federal and state procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence, capacity and capability of the firm to perform work, and proximity to and familiarity with the project area.
