Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development; road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of project work includes grading,sanitary sewer, watermain,storm sewer, gas main, concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving, ADA pedestrian ramps, traffic signals, signing, and pavement marking to construct a new street and utility system, River west Drive.
