Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Orlando, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The work shall be constructed in accordance with Drawings and Specifications available for inspection at Clancy & Theys Construction Company and our ftp site. Please contact Kayla Sharma, kaylasharma@clancytheys.com for ftp link and website information. All bids must be firm bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the time set for opening bids. Clancy & Theys Construction and the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids. All proposals must be submitted on standard company letterhead and clearly identify the project name. Clancy & Theys Construction Co. encourages minority and women business enterprise bids and, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, all Bidders will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex or national origin in consideration for award.
