The main features of the work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents shall include, but not be limited to the following: Erection of full-height pipe scaffold at Bridges for Replacement of roofing and curtain wall assembly. Installation of Monorail hung scaffold system for use on the North and South Hospital Towers for replacement of the Curtain Wall. Remove and replace all Tower Curtain Wall Systems, shall include but not limited to Spandrel insulation, Slab edge fire stopping, new anchors, abatement of existing lead contaminated supports and all building sealants. Furnish and install new metal wall panels, insulation, sealants and framing at building corners and Elevation "X". Furnish, install, maintain all temporary partitions, weatherproofing, wind bracing, utilities for construction (power, water, heat, ventilation). Delivery Hours to be from 6am to 10am Monday-Friday, Work Hours to be properly scheduled minimum 72hrs in advance and approved by CM/SBUH. Therefore, procured products shall meet the established sustainable standards consistent to their restrictive industries such as Green Guard, FloorScore for flooring products, BIFMA for Business and Institutional furniture, CertiPUR-US for products containing foam material, etc. All vendor estimates, proposals, quotes must be accompanied with the appropriate reference to the respective certifying agency.
