The General Conditions of the Contract for Construction, AIA Document A201, Seventeenth Edition, 2017, Articles 1 through 15 inclusive, is a part of this Contract and is incorporated herein. For the purpose of bidding, Contractors are presumed to be familiar with AIA Document A201, a copy of which may be obtained from the Professional, or examined in the Professional's office. A deposit of $100.00 is required. Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the project manual. The Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
