Bids for the construction of the Ousdahl Subdivision Waterline project will be received by Rural Water District No. 13, Jefferson Co., at the District office, 1951 Wellman Rd., Lawrence, KS 66044 until 6:30 p.m. local time on Thursday, May 20, 2021, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Bids should be mailed in a sealed envelope to the above address. The Project consists of installation of approximately 1,350 feet of 2-inch HDPE waterline. All Bids must be filed in said office on or before the time herein set, on forms furnished by the Owner, and must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope and plainly identified. Bids received will be acted upon by the Owner at the time and place above specified or at such later time and place as may then be fixed. The Owner hereby reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities and irregularities and to enter into such contracts as it may deem to be for the best interests of the Owner.
