Site work for a mixed-use development in West Hempstead, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. In the event the Contractor fails to complete all the work on time, the Contractor agrees to pay the Office liquidated damages in the amount of $2,000.00 per day (as referenced in Article 14.10 of the General Conditions). All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of: $110,000.00 (One Hundred Ten Thousand and Zero Cents). All RFI's are due by 20 May 2021 at 1:00 PM. Any RFI's that are received after this time will NOT be processed.
