Demolition and site work for a detention facility in Lillington, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.
Demolition of the existing Jail Facility at the Harnett County Emergency Services Center Bidders will be required to show evidence that they are licensed to perform the work in the Bidding Documents in conformity North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87 and the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall be required to submit with their Bids affidavits of Good Faith Efforts in the recruitment of Minority Businesses.
