Questions regarding the bid documents will be received until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 The project involves the replacement of the existing domestic hot water heat exchanger(integral to the existing boiler) with a stand-alone heat exchanger and domestic hot water feed pump replacement. Scope also includes the replacing of the heating hot water boiler with high efficiency boilers with boiler pumps and replacement of the heat pump loop heat exchanger and heating hot water feed pumps. Restore existing electrical power and lighting system and equipment to operational condition. The successful bidder must post a performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract.
