The project will include the design and plan preparation for the construction of 3 bridge structures in our 66th Street SE Railroad Overpass project. The structures shall include a Railroad Overpass Bridge, an Apple Creek crossing bridge and an Apple Creek overflow structure on 66th Street SE between Northgate Drive and Apple Creek Road. The plans will be done in accordance with all North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) and Burleigh County standards and submitted to the NDDOT for a federally funded November 2022 bid opening. Design will be done in AutoCAD Civil 3d, 2019 or newer and follow all NDDOT Design and CAD standards. Selection will be on the basis of the following criteria: 1) Recent, current, and projected workloads of firm's staff 2) Staff experience and technical capabilities 3) Related experience and performance on similar projects 4) Willingness to meet time and budgetary requirements Proposals should be limited to 10 (ten) pages; additional information may be placed in Appendixes. Consulting firm should also include a copy of their 2021 fee schedule. Fee schedule will not be used in the basis of selection. The County may choose to interview some or all of the proposing firms. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals; to waive technicalities or to accept such as may be determined to be in the best interest of the County.
