Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Davis, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work shall include the removal and replacement in kind of an eight foot tall masonry sound wall that was damaged due to a street tree between Russell Boulevard and 501 Eisenhower Drive. This work shall include the grinding of the remaining tree stump in the tree well and replacement of the soundwall, columns, uplifted curb, gutter, and sidewalk in accordance with the Project Plans and Specifications. Class A General Engineering Contractors License Bid Bond secured from a surety company satisfactory to the City Council, the amount of which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Faithful Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price This Project, if awarded, will be awarded for a SUMMER 2021 start date.
