Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Lowell, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.

The work consists of building demolition, including pavement removal, grading, seeding and removal of asbestos containing materials. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on bid forms contained in the Contract Documents. All contractors and subcontractors listed in each bid must be properly licensed in the Town of Lowell as a condition of being awarded the project. Contractors may contact the Lowell Building Department to inquire on General Contractor and Sub contractor licensing and requirements, at 219.696.7794 or the Lowell website Building Department for applications. No bidder may withdraw his proposal for a period of 60 days following the date set for receiving bids. The Town of Lowell reserves the right to retain any and all bids for a period of not more than 60 days, and said bids shall remain in full force and effect during said time. The Town of Lowell further reserves the right to waive informalities and to award the contract to any Bidder all to the advantage of the Town of Lowell or to reject all bids.
