Furnishing, Erecting and Installing the Oil Dock #6 East Side Pipe Bridge Project at the Port of Brownsville, Cameron County, Texas BIDDER hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" to be issued by the OWNER and to fully complete the project within 120 (one hundred twenty) calendar days, as defined in the specifications. BIDDER further agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of five hundred ($500.00) dollars for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as hereinafter provided in Article 3 of the Agreement.
