Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Cleveland, Texas. Design plans call for the construction of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.

As of February 10, 2022, a design firm has been selected. No firm timeline has been established for the construction. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference The City of Cleveland is seeking to contract with a qualified Engineering/ Architectural/Surveying Firm (individual/firm) to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications, and to conduct all necessary interim and final inspections for the building of an 40 x 60 open 3 sided pavilion with ADA family restroom plus two additional restrooms, small kitchen with roll up window and ledge for serving food with a mezzanine storage area with a concrete slab under the open air pavilion. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals. Any questions or requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via EMAIL to the following address - asmith@clevelandtexas.com at least 3 business days prior to the deadline.
