No firm timeline has been established for the construction. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference The City of Cleveland is seeking to contract with a qualified Engineering/ Architectural/Surveying Firm (individual/firm) to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications, and to conduct all necessary interim and final inspections for the building of an 40 x 60 open 3 sided pavilion with ADA family restroom plus two additional restrooms, small kitchen with roll up window and ledge for serving food with a mezzanine storage area with a concrete slab under the open air pavilion. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards.
