Puyallup Tribe of Indians- 5625 52 nd St. E, Puyallup, WA. 98371 The contractor will provide completion of interior wall construction, completion of mechanical and electrical systems, completion of stage rigging and equipment and the completion of theater seating, ceiling, floor and wall finishes. Estimated value of the work is approx. $3,000,000. Furnish, assemble, and install all production lighting fixtures, lamps, and related accessories. Aim and focus all production lighting fixtures while training designated Owner's personnel in the proper use and care of the instruments. The Work includes provisions for all supplies, tools, equipment, scaffolding, transportation, utilities, services, superintendence, and labor, and the furnishing of all materials, items, and accessories needed for the construction of the project in strict conformance with the Contract Documents and to deliver to Owner a complete, operating facility suitable for occupancy and use as a school. 1. Notice to Proceed: no earlier than May 19, 2021. 2. Substantial Completion: no later than December 10, 2021 Final Completion: Not more than 60 days later than Substantial Completion unless otherwise noted
