Traffic signal upgrades and improvements at various intersections along the Mid Mall Drive corridor in St. Charles County, including controllers, video detection systems, radar detection systems, and necessary removals for improvements. The improvements shall allow for the generation of high-resolution data, which can be used by the County for Automated Traffic Signal Performance Measures. A certified or cashier's check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. St. Charles County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The DBE Goal for this project is 0%.
