Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing an intersection modification, road widening with new curb and gutter, road extension with cul-de-sac, and stormwater improvements consisting of inlets, pipes, and end sections. Bids shall be on a unit price basis for bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
