The opening of tenders WILL NOT BE CARRIED OUT IN THE PRESENCE OF AN AUDIENCE. Bids will be opened at the expiration of the aforementioned deadline by a representative of the René-Lévesque School Service Center in the presence of a witness. The representative of the School Service Center opens the envelopes and discloses aloud the names of the bidders and their respective total prices, subject to subsequent verification. The opening result will be published via the electronic tendering system according to the applicable rules. Tender contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender. They must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses. The owner does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received. Start date: 21 June 2021 End date: 30 September 2021.
